Our Easter selection celebrates freshness and spring herbs in their finest form:
Starter: A delicate wild garlic cream soup featuring a slow-cooked egg (prepared at 63°C), infused with dill oil and topped with crunchy buttery breadcrumbs. (105 CZK)
Main Course (Light & Spicy): Spicy lamb Merguez sausages served with grilled asparagus, our homemade herb stuffing, a smooth pea purée, and fresh chervil. (335 CZK)
Main Course (For Gourmets): Slowly confit lamb shank that melts in your mouth, served with luxurious truffle-chive potato purée, a rich demi-glace sauce, and glazed baby carrots. (555 CZK)
The Sweet Finish: A refreshing strawberry cream with premium vanilla ice cream, hazelnut crumble, and mint gel. (145 CZK)
Did you know? An egg cooked at exactly 63°C achieves a unique, velvety texture in both the yolk and the white that literally melts on your tongue.
